At Valencia Shores, in Lake Worth, FL, we installed a print carpet with bright, custom colors throughout the activity rooms and auditorium. These carpet installations were all a straight glue-down installation, with large, intricate patterns that were meticulously installed, making sure to match the patterns perfectly and minimize the amount of waste.
In the corridors and bathrooms of the Valencia Shores Clubhouse, there were five different porcelain tiles installed, one on the bathroom floors and the bathroom walls. Others were combined to create distinctive patterns and designs, including the insert in the lobby. We installed a few areas on a diagonal, such as the corridor, and others were a straight lay, creating borders and delineating lines being careful not to take away from the beautiful, custom inserts in the lobby and other highly visible areas.
