For this South Florida residence (a private residence in Boynton Beach, FL.), we installed a unique product in the bedroom. It is a hybrid of laminate and vinyl, custom made to look like a hard wood floor. Hybrid is manufactured by fusing a highly durable resilient top layer with a high-density fiberboard. With no adhesives required, Hybrid is easy to install with its drop and lock system.
In addition to the custom hybrid floor, we demoed and redesigned the entire bathroom. In this South Florida residence, we installed high-end, rectified, anti-slip porcelain tile on the bathroom floor, as well as porcelain plank tile throughout the shower floor and walls. We built up the marble shower curb, installed the shower pan, and were careful to slope the shower floor tile to ensure the water flows downward to the drain.
