Playa Del Mar is a luxurious High Rise located on the famous Galt Ocean Mile in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We provided the flooring installation services throughout their corridors on 29 total floors.
Project Details
This Condominium chose a high-traffic Woven Axminster Carpet for their hallways. We have a lot of experience with this type of product as a result of many years working in Hospitality. This type of carpet construction is a popular choice in Hotels, Country Clubs, and more. Most Axminster Carpet production actually comes from overseas. For this particular project, design and manufacturing services were performed by Royal American Carpets.
Here at East Coast Flooring, we provide much more than just installation services. This High-Rise is a great example of the various accommodations we offer to our clients. For the Playa Del Mar, we calculated the precise amount of total square yards of carpet required. We also removed and disposed of the existing carpet at the time of installation. More significant was that the carpet arrived weeks before the building was ready. And so, we received the entire order and stored the carpet safely in our 11,000 square foot warehouse.
